Welcome to ASEAN-NDI

From the concept launch of the ASEAN Network for Drugs, Diagnostics, Vaccines and Traditional Medicines Innovation (ASEAN-NDI) in 2009, and as led by the ASEAN-NDI Secretariat based in the Philippines, R&D experts, government administrators and scientists in the region initiated efforts to work together in establishing the network that would oversee the discovery and development of health technologies that will not only address health problems but also propel the health industry in ASEAN Member States.

The establishment of a website is an important step in achieving the goals ASEAN-NDI has set for the betterment of health issues of the region. This website offers the following features:

(1) Quick access to data regarding Governing bodies, Research Institutions, Collaborations, and current activities on the progress of the network via an online database greatly helps in bridging the gap between the health situations of the ASEAN member states.

(2) Accounts on the news involving the sectors for health are updated with the use of an online blog that is accessible to everyone.

(3) An online forum gives each participant an avenue for communication. Upon registration, one can contribute, update, and discuss with fellow members.
